Salsa Mexicana

Ingredients:

2-3 tomatoes each, small dice
1-3 jalapenos each, minced
1 onion each, small dice
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 limes each or lemon juice
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Mix all together in a bowl. Set for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to mingle.
